Hello there! It's been a hot minute since I've shot a maternity session thanks to what has been going on in our world and Carissa was my first maternity session upon opening again! And let me tell you...I was not disappointed with the outcome! We shot along side the Palouse river at one of my all time favorite locations (despite the interesting odors of the local plant life). The architecture at this location adds an interesting component to the background and the river is always a lovely spot no matter the time of year. Carissa was brave and wore our stunning long sleeve burgundy Krysten gown- despite the 90 degree weather- and looked absolutely stunning! It was hot, there were a million and one mosquitoes (pretty sure my mosquito bites had mosquito bites), and kind of smelly but oh my goodness...her session was gorgeous!
